Is today Kargil Diwas day?
It has been observing every December 16 every year as the kargil vinay diwas day. This day reminds of the ones in the defence force who sacrifice their lives for the mother country India. It is a day to observe honour to them. On this day in 1971, there was an agreement signed between the commander of Pakistan force and Indian Defense force in presence of the GOV JS aurora. The agreement tells about surrendering of commander of Pakistan eastern command to India defense force which brought and end to the crisis.
