How does the Selection process work for CSIR SO and ASO 2023 jobs?
There comprises of three stages including stage one , two and interview test or computer knowledge Test
What is the pay scale?
Pay scales for section officer ranges from ₹ 47000 upto Rs one lakh fifty one thousand.
For the post vacancy of the assistant section officer, the salary ranges from ₹ 44,000 upto ₹ 1,42,400.

Last date for paying fees fro exam : 14-01-2024
Syllabus of the examination: Stage one exam comprise of paper one and two. Paper 1 includes 100 GA General Awareness questions, 50 English and comprehension Questions which need to be completed time duration of 120 minute.
Paper II comprises of General intelligence , reasoning and mental ability 200 questions of 200 marks and to time given is 150 minutes to compete this exam.
In the stage 2 CSIR Recruitment process subjects to appear is the paper III which is an English or Hindi Descriptive Question paper that comprises 3 questions of 150 marks. Total time is 120 minute to complete this test.
The last stage is the interview of 100 Marks.
